Wanted my mirrors to have a blinker and be heated so I replaced them. Eliminated the side marker lights. And lastly changed the oil.

The dreaded disconnect...... no garage, no heat...... just balls. 
(Chevelle project taking up the garage this winter).
10° here on the island (real feel of about -1°; so they say). Had to beat the hell out of the back half of the disco. body to pop it out. Thank god for air tools.
*Was a little concerned when the footprint of the new part was different, but it does have all of the appropriate bolt holes as it was a universal fit.
The new part slid right in
.... much easier than the removal!

Made some rear shock spacers for my Bilstein 5100s... had 2 extra bushings but this could be done with the right diameter pipe; and two 1/2" washers per shock. I had issues with the shock bodies sliding into the perches.

Well, my ACDelco u-joint only lasted about 26k miles... i think that's my fault since i forgot to pump it full of grease... surprised it lasted this long and i can't believe it didn't break on my return to Borrego trip.
