Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

As God as my witness, this is the last time I am doing this.

Trailblazer and Envoy related, but not off-road related...

If it was 5 I'd pick them up no doubt. Only got 100 miles on them too.

Shame you aren't looking for 17s. I'd trade mine to you for those in a heartbeat.

On another note, just got home to find my wheel adapters in the foyer. :excited: Thanks to HPMichael02 for the deal. Now its only a matter of time before I am ready to play.

Well I had gotten rid of the lowering springs some time ago, as well as the 20" rims and the SS rear shocks. All I have left are the 17" Envoy wheels and some shortened stock springs. Just picked up a set of Tahoe wheels today. As soon as I get tires for them, they Voy wheels will be good to go. Springs are in the garage and yes, they ride just fine even though they were cut. They only things of yours I may have interest in are the rear shocks. Right now I have stock Tahoe shocks in the rear and they leave a little to be desired.

Might as well use this thread for my updates. Got my adapters in from hpmichael on Monday. Found a killer deal on a set of silverado steel wheels that I picked up on friday for $75 bucks. I also replaced the pass hub assembly and did an alignment on Saturday.
Now onto tires. I am going to get a used set so I can get up and running again. Something with a good year left while I save for a matching set of 5. Shouldn't take that long, but I just learned that its time to start a budget to buy and build a bronco by October for my woman. So the plan is to find a set of 33s and build a 2" body lift, with the help of a steering extension from Jeff. I found a set of cooper stt 285/70s with @7/32 left. Yet another killer deal, but I am wary about the tread depth. It was suggested that I could use a tire groove tool to carve out 1/4" without risking safety, but I'm not sure the time involved will be worth it. Decisions decisions.

Nope, 17" wheels. I found a very local set of KM1's(Rubicon take-offs) with a lot of tread left. Picking them up after work and mounting them tonight. And I haggled my way into another kick-ass price.

Voy wheels should be up for grabs by tomorrow.

Curious what you paid for them... I'm in the market for some more too, but everyone's prices seem high to me.

I was getting the set for $200. When I got there, two of them were nearly brand new but the other two a bit choppy from not rotating. Even $200 for the two good ones was a hell of a deal, but I played hard and got him down to "$120 or I will have to walk". I think I am going to mount them and run the chopped ones on the rear. If it proves too uncomfortable I will find another pair in similar condition to the good ones, get two more silverado wheels, and be left with two full size trail spares. And they are LT255/75/17. I really don't see any need to go bigger than that right now.
