Indeed I did. You have a few, albeit generally expensive options when covering your seats.
Wet Okole offers a neoprene seat cover set, generally meant for the surfing/beach crowd, where the company got its start.
Basic Price: $470
GTcovers offers a giant variety of products, from neoprene to leather to leatherette to a ballistic nylon-type material. You save money if you order both front and back seat covers from these guys.
Pricing ranges, but for their "Endura" heavy duty covers for both front/back seats, you are looking at $322.92
There are a large variety of vendors out there, but for your basic one-stop shopping, I say GTcovers is pretty competitive on prices, and they have a very easy-to-use website. If you are specifically looking for neoprene wetsuit-type covers, Wet Okole is hard to beat as a specialist cover maker.
The smittybilt MOLLE setup is cool, but you can obtain similar utility just by stitching your straps and pockets onto a cover that you pick up yourself. This, of course, requires basic sewing knowledge and/or access to a sewing machine, but would be my preferred method (I like customizability and putting things exactly where I want them).
Another option to look into is to obtain your own material or look into auto reupholstery places. If you can provide your own material, and have a hookup to obtain it, you may even come out around the same price as covers, you'll have use of your map pockets, etc, and you can customize endlessly.
So, your options are there, but as far as having bought seat covers, no I haven't. I have a lot more things to take care of before I start messing with the seats, like cargo nets attached to the headliner, cargo nets on the rear hatch, and nylon webbing compartmentalizing the rear cargo area, the second row seat, and the front row (I have some big dogs that have a habit of trying to jump up front at times, and securing your rear cargo is always a good idea.)
