Hayden Transmission Cooler Line Question

I am using a Haydon 678, but this question could apply to a variety of brands probably.

The kit came with an 11/32 hose. Not sure that it would be long enough, I picked up a 3/8 gage transmission cooler hose.

We do have 3/8 lines.

Question: If I end up having to use both hoses because there is not enough length would that be a problem?
