rock sliders

Just got my body lift on and i hate seeing the frame. I was looking for a set of rock sliders. I was wondering if anyone is selling them or willing to make some?

I think most people adapt other platforms sliders, trail gear is popular, I bet a set of four door JK would be close as well

Barton made some sliders for a bit. I think James and Roadie had some made as well. Myself and several others used Trail Gear ones for toyota. We used the weld together kits. I think most of us posted about how and what we used in our build threads if you search a bit.

I used Trailgear. I adjusted mine to my liking. I cut, shortened, flipped mine. If you want pics, PM me. I really like how Regulators fit his body lines.

A lot of guys use the trailgear sliders, there's a fair number of threads about em, a few guys have built their own. All depends on the tools you have available and your desire for mild or wild.

If you're more concerned about hiding your frame than the ability to repel rocks, you might like the westin sport tubes which are stainless and fit tight to the body. I have a set on my yukon. I imagine they would protect the rocker sheetmetal from a boulder, but would probably get dented if they had to support the full weight.

They would get crushed on a boulder, and probably do more damage then saving the body. If you're going to wheel get sliders, buy some 1 1/2 tube or trailgear.

i have westin tubes, they will rip off pretty easy on a rock. but they look good and help people get in and out
