Transfer Case Problem

Something not working right?

Really the only sensitive component in the transfer case would be the clutches. Everything else is just a steel or aluminum alloy.

I've long suspected the only reason AutoTrak II is indicated is because it contains additional friction compounds to eliminate chatter during A4WD engagement.

...and you know how we feel about A4WD.
