Oh yeah! I grew up in Oregon and have had my fair share of mudflap and fender flare tickets over the years.

As for fender flares or mud flaps, I'd think something on this truck would need to be called curtains instead. :thumright: ;)

got a good deal on 5 rims and tires. backspacing allows tires to sit in fender well more and tires are an inch narrower. nitto mud terrains on mt classic2s. think it looks more uniform and less cartoonish. drives better than i could have imagined. post some pics later.

Awesome!

Even with my 2" spacers, I only have about 5" outside the fender with the 12.50 wide tires on the hummer h2 wheels.

The are tucked in far enough I had to add a couple washers to the steering stops to kepp from rubbing on the leaf springs.

Im also hoping to get the 37s off and the 40s on!

Big Ben, I don't think an alignment will help your rear end offset. I think it is related to your panhard bar.

Guaranteed. And the dark window idea is usually incompatible with night driving safety and especially trail safety if you get caught out after dark. If you take it too far. Maybe you have something else in mind.

Yeah I have the same thing with the offset in rear, but dont think as drastic. I notice it when i walk behind my TB. Im thinking about going with a slightly longer PH bar any way to recenter the rear wheel. Although (and i know its been argued) that it will cause it to push to rear of wheel well when flexed up into wheel well due to the basic physics of the rear end. But either way, stock or longer should center my rear up side to side for me.

Mine also came with darker rear windows. They dont bother me as back in my younger years I always ran 5% tint so used to night driving with them. Wife on the other hand hates them lol, she drove my truck around the neighborhood a little for me couple nights ago because I havent been able to drive for almost a month and wanted it to move some. Although I can see there will be an inconvenience factor if caught on a trail after dark having no extra area lights.

It looks like Ben has a Spohn so that should be adjustable.

I know...I'm devastated.

I still have some hope - for mine, and another TrailBlazer.

On the bright side of things... if you bought that back for scrap you could triple your money parting it out. All the damage is very localized.

I am considering that - I just don't know how to go about selling it for scrap - I mean, everything except the left front is great - interior, exterior. I dumped close to 600 in the LBJs and everything else - someone would love to have that stuff...I'm just dumb.

I'm keeping my tires and tire carrier thou...without a doubt. An older model Cherokee or another TB is most likely in my future.

Seems to be a common theme with TBs and F-bodys...
