put this on about 2 summers ago, some light rust, not penetrating etc I think its from the lights itself bleeding off
its off my 2004 yukon, however should work for any model with similar bumper, attaches through license plate holes
$100 (lights not included) allows four 10" lights to be mounted, local pickup preferred to heavy to ship
