I'm selling my wheel adapters. They are from the vendor that has now teamed up with Mark, the same that many on this forum use. Only a few months old, but I am changing bolt patterns and no longer need these. They are 1.3" thick with the stock bolt pattern(6x5(127mm)). $140 will get them shipped to your door anywhere in the US or Canada. Paypal preferred.
