Finally pulled my passenger side axle and pieces of my AWD sleeve fell out. Guess they are weak too.... :hissyfit:

Since I'm taking it easy with the TB now I think I can make normal splined disconnect parts work for my mission. Plus I'd rather put some money into a member's pocket instead of GMs.

What I need:

Both gears - Worn teeth OK, but not broken. Bearing surfaces in good condition. Splines need to be good... but I think the only person who's had problems with that is me anyway.
Shift Collar - Same as above, worn or chipped OK, but no missing teeth or cracks.
Thrust Washers (3) - If yours are toast it's OK, I have the dimensions and can source these locally.

I don't need a shift fork or spring, as I'm just going to tack the collar into place like I had done previously. I'm not picky though, so if you just want to throw what you have into a box and send it to me, I'm fine with that. No need to disassemble it.

I'm looking to spend around $50 + reasonable shipping. Any more than that and I might as well just buy a new sleeve.

Preference given to local deals as always, but I'm not picky. Show me what you got!
