Encoder Motor?

TCCM?

calipers, brakes?

spider gears?

I really will feel bad for crushing all this stuff if someone can use it.

Don't feel bad about a 2002-version TCCM. They have a horrible failure rate. I could use the case to get the connector for a product I still intend to make someday - a circuit to let us have a 2LO mode without the TCCM complaining. Could I send you money to ship the TCCM to me since nobody would ever buy it as a spare?

If you had an EXT I'd already have sent you money for the front caliper brackets and steering rack. :)

Still have the front diff? I'm considering building a second one as a (*GULP*) trail spare... How about the disconnect/intermediate shaft?
