Hey everyone, I just bought every part of the 4wd disconnect kit. I thought I would need every part but turns out all I needed was one needle bearing and the inner shaft seal. Here is a link to what I'm talking about with all the parts:

These were all purchased from gmpartsdirect just a few weeks ago. Again, all I used was 1 needle bearing (26053326, $6) and the inner shaft seal (15801507, $10). So the total price of the parts I used was $16 plus shipping.
The total price after shipping for the entire kit (all parts on the link above) was $374.00. I'm asking $300 for all my parts. This price includes shipping to you.

I can verify that the parts are all GM original, and still in the packaging.
Someone should have listened to me when I said we could open up the splined disconnect first and see what the damage was. Instead he went out and bought every part in order to be able to replace whatever was wrong and only have to tear it all down once.
We got his truck back on the road and functional though,
and his over spending can be someones benefit.
