shocks?

Soon i will be installing Marks 3" suspension lift im also going to change out the rear shocks as well so do I stay with the stock size shocks or do I need to go bigger

Stock size weren't long enough, when I put my spacers in the back. Once the spacers were in, and weight was on the a$$ end... my shocks were about 2 inches too short.
I DON'T care what my GMT360 was designed to do, I care about what it can do!

I was looking at that thread earlier today is 25" to 26" the recommended extended length for the Mark's 3" suspension lift

I'm running the SkyJacker N8030 in the rear and like them a lot.
I have Z71 springs +.75 spacer in the rear.
They do well even driving briskly down a gravel/washboard road.
When I say washboard I mean the type with 2-3 inch washboards with an occasional deeper hole, not the type like Roadie runs
I did have to use about 12 washers for each side since they don't come with the extended bushings like the BDS ones.
