So what's the final verdict on the factory pre-set perch position? is it the same as stock height or not? I have yet to take measurements, but mine are not all the way to the top, so I don't know if they are pre-set to some lift, or if they are at stock and these can be, in fact, used to lower the truck.
This is an aggressive post. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a post of this quality and depth.

I had marks 3".... And seriously collapsed springs. All I can tell you is that the Radflo at factory preset was the same as my 3" lift and collapsed springs. Sorry the information is really useless. I threaded mine down almost to the bottom. 3 1/4" of thread above my collar. I didn't gain any vehicle height after 3" so I stopped.

I don't find it too bad. A lot! But no bind.

Hope it doesn't cause any problems. I remember someone (v7guy I think) had problems with the angle from the '89s...

My CV angle in and of itself hasn't been a problem, there's no binding, keeping boots on the CV at that operating angle is an issue though. In the end the CV shafts that Kyle (Hardtrailz) has been recommending with the neoprene boots (Detroit axle rebuilds on ebay) or the Neoprene boot replacements available from rockauto seem to be the solution. You'll find the info here viewtopic.php?f=72&t=2701

You'll also want to note that the fitment of the neoprene boots on the aftermarket axles isn't perfect on the tripot side. They work with the hose clamp, but it's not a perfect seal and you'll probably want to periodically regrease em. Or just get the ones Kyle recommends lol

In the end you guys are going to need to determine your ride height, jack up the vehicle and verify that the droop limit is on the shock bumpstop and that the CV turns freely. I don't believe anyone will have the problem I have where the spindle hits the spring causing shock breakage (like I have) given the small diameter of the radflos.

Also it should go without saying, but everyone make sure they get aligned after changing the ride height. It'd be a shame to waste a pair of tires for no good reason.

So when you stopped gaining vehicle height...how much lift was there? Are you as tall as you were before the spring collapse?

You have 3.25 inch thread left or you have 0.75 inch thread left?

I havnt found my tape measure pictures from when I first lifted... But I believe I'm about an inch taller than I was. I didn't have the bumper then either. I have 3.25" above my colar. I can't get an accurate reading below but its about 0.75". So I have 0.75" more adjustment. After a weekend of bouncing around they have settled in about 0.25".
When shipped the colar was at 1.125" from the top and I lowered it to 3.25". So I gained around 3" of lift for 2" of adjustment.
I can't be the only one who installed this weekend! Anyone else with numbers yet?
I slid my winch in. There is no measurable change in height as it dropped 0.75" when I would put the winch on the stock springs.

Mine are being delivered today but I probably will not be able to install them for a while. Weekends are pretty booked up for a while.

I'm not going to install mine for awhile. I have a bunch of plans for the ol' girl and I plan a big project weekend. Got upper and lower ball joints to replace, Fab Tech tie rod ends, new rear end, new rear shocks, springs, bushings all over the place, and some other little secretive projects. Although I am tempted to just shove them in there and then come back and adjust them later when I do the diffs. But I'd rather do everything all at once.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

Mine come today, but when I install them, I'm doing a front end overhaul. It will be a few weeks for me too.

I got mine today. If any one cares they are 18 3/4" from end to end and the upper spanner fits them. :mechanic:

I think maybe I found the external bump stop looks like the left one.

I also took close up picture of the bottom, does not look like any small rubber stop.
