You can get about 3 to almost 4 inches of suspension lift before the CV's bind in the front. You are probably close to max suspension lift as is, unless you can fabricate a way to drop the front differential.

Bigger tires raise the chassis.... have you cut any sheet metal to hang some bigger meats on there?
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

There is an easy way to check the amount of lift that can be added above your strut.

Lift the front of the truck off the ground.

Support the bottom suspension arm on a jack.

Remove the two upper strut nuts (not the central nut on the bushing).

Begin rotating the tire slowly by hand.

Lower the bottom suspension arm slowly with the jack.

When you notice binding of the wheel while it is rotating, that is beyond your limit. Slowly raise the bottom suspension arm until no binding exists.

Measure the gap between the strut top and the location that it mounts on the frame.

That is the maximum outside-the-strut lift that you can add.

Since you have only a spring lift so far, I'm pretty sure you can fit at least an inch spacer up there. It varies between vehicles.
