Rule of thumb, on all automotive forums, the members who have been on the site the longest are generally to be consider as God's and their knowledge is indisputable, weather it's correct or not. :poke: If you don't know what the search is, everyone will quickly inform you of it. :happy whip:

I'm just glad this forum isn't one of the ones where if you haven't spent 20K on your car you're not "hardcore" enough to be taken seriously. *cough *cough Ls1tech*

I think for stance a lot of folks are happy with a 2inch lift, spacers and 32inch tires. Seems to almost be the sweat spot for height and mpg, but I'm sure that's a debatable topic.

That being said....

Gotta praise the forum god's! LOL. i agree with how some forums can be excessive. Some want magazine cover cars/trucks and rip on garage builds etc etc. Theres a few that can be respectful and open arms and give guidance and assistance. customdakotas.com is a great site(more bagged mini truck stuff) I foresee me keeping my hands on the TB for quite a while so there will be some tasteful mods in her future.

Sorry about the smart ass comment earlier, I had a little bit to drink and was feeling like a dick. If you check out a few of my other posts that night you will see it wasn't limited to you.

We've been debating going straight to 35s (and everything that entails) with the body lift going in soon. But it's that "everything that entails" that has us thinking 33s for now.

Yup, I'm kicking back and forth between these 3 options, 305/70/17, 315/70/17 or straight 35x12.5x17.

Running with 3.75 gears I'm not in a huge rush to swap to 4.10s and the car is our primary DD until the corvette is back on the road so I'm leaning down towards 305~315

305 is about 34. 315 n 35 is same 35.

Depending on brand you could have from 33 to 35 mounted. My 315 were close to 34.75. My buddys 35 12.5 km2 are 33.6.

Actually I'm looking at the Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 which is labeled at 33.9 in 305 and the All-Terrain T/A KO which is labeled as being 34.5 in 315.

I decided to plunk down the cash for the massive adjustables, and my Method Race Wheels should be shipping this week. Probably kick the can back and forth for a week before pulling the trigger on tires.

Sorry to the OP for hijacking your thread.
