for the front springs you might want to try the acdelco option its part# 45h0379 i found them at rockauto for just 99 a set before shipping, when i contacted the manufacturer and the local GM dealer they both said that these are supposed to be the same thing as the original 86's everyone is after i will be trying them out as soon as i get paid but until then as far as we know no one has tried them out. might be what your looking for

Acdelco is not the same as the original part for the TB?

supreme suspension... isn't that the eBay " outside strut" lift kit that breaks CVs?
I would really recommend going with 35s if you're doing a body lift and a suspension lift. My biggest regret is not getting bigger tires.

Justin- if they really are a new source of springs that'll be great!

Supreme suspensions look a lot like MarkMC's 2.5" lift.

Yea, I pm to Markmc a couple of weeks ago and he explained to me that those looks like the ones he used to make (old fashion)

darring how do you know these are not the same? I had just posted not long ago asking if anyone had tried these and knew how good they were why didnt you speak up then? As I had said the dealer and manufacturer say they are the same so please report your finding to the community since even v7guy has told me no one else has tried and thinks it would be a good idea to look into these or dont post about things you dont know.

It seems to me that Darring's post was a question regarding your post. Hence, that little squiggly line with the period underneath it, at the end of his post.

yeah like i said sory for the lil rant, but glad to see you still posting on here even though you have made it clear that you think this tread belongs in the build thread, seem like you only chime in when you have a sarcastic comment.

I vote Moog 89s up front. A reason to get armor, bumper, and winch. (At least that's our excu---reasoning for the Moogs). :)

I think we've all seen what a 3" liftmeister looks like on a TB. The only other real noteworthy thing, I've done(CB), has its own thread. Don't really have too much else to put up there.
