Skyjacker C40R is anyone using them

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

I see that some people are using the c25r spings but is anyone using the c40r springs from skyjacker. They say they lift 4" to 6". Is there anything out there to level out the front as far as spring or lift kit. Or just strut lifts is our pnly option now.

You'd be looking at close to 7" of rear lift with those on our rigs.
11 Silverado LTZ - 6.2L/6l80, 2/3 drop, self tuned
85 Hilux - 3RZ, dual cases, caged, 40s, chromo everything

That would be awesome....if the front could keep up :(

How much lift does the C25R give. I thought it was suppose to give 2.5.

4-6" lift on Tahoe. More on our platform. We can't USE 7" on our platform. Stuff limits it. Shocks, brake lines, ebrake lines. Difficult stuff to modify.

Brake lines defiantly difficult I've been trying to find fittings for braided hose lines that'll give our platform 6 inches of droop with the brakes but no adapters are made to go to 1/2-20 female. It's a pain!

I got the 25's in with 88 springs and Marks 3 inch front spacer lift and the rear is 1 inch taller. SO the 40s would be ridiculous.

There are front spring options if you research, but not much more than an extra inch or so.

2.5 on a Tahoe but about 4.5 on our trucks.

Matt and I have been talking about the adapters for awhile. I'm pretty confident that there'll be a solution sometime this winter.

Your welcome to see how high mine sits any time, and might be able to help you decide how much lift you actually want to run. Seeing one in person actually gives you a better feel of where you want to be at. I'm only going to add a 2" body lift and call it quits there, then adjust my front springs after the weight of Barton's front bumper when I order one at tax return time.

Cody brings up a valid point. It's pretty surprising to see how big these things are when they're right in front of you. If you have one local it would help.
