Good job Caleb, congratulations. I also expect that your parents will see that you don't have to hire everything done and will give you a little more leeway in the future.

I have to ask what the wheel pullers lying around were used for?

Thanks! When we were trying to get the old strut out we thought that the wheel puller might work but it didn't. My mom was impressed on how it looked, dad was happy as well!

Congrats. Looks like you did a lot of reading and ended up with it going fairly smooth for a first time.

I'm impressed that you got the UCAs flipped without any cutting.

Thanks JD!! My buddy brought some Big Azz Pliers (http://toolmonger.com/2007/02/19/best-n ... zz-pliers/) and I just bent the sheet metal enough to get the bolt out. We didn't have to do anything to the other side but pull on the sheet metal.

"Chocking" refers to blocking. Block the rear wheels with an object as one more safety measure in place to prevent the vehicle from rolling forward and falling off the jackstands. Possibly taking life or limb, in the process. They are underneath the passenger side rear seat, if you still have the stock jacking stuff.

Hey Caleb, way to jump right in there! That is the way to really learn how things work and don't work.

How's the truck ride so far?

Took a look at your build and it looks like you have some positive camber but it might just be the perspective in the front pic. Did you get it aligned.

Cheers,

Ron

I ended up getting the Grabber At2. TSR were a bit much at the time.

Thanks Ron! It sure is and its the only way lol. Truck has been riding excellent!!! Feels much more stable! Not top heveay as what I was thinking it would be. It handles way better than stock and rides better.
I told them to check alignment when I took it to them for the tires. They did by driving it and seeing if it was wondering on the road. So I get it back and I noticed that the tires were still out of alignment so I took it back and told em and they got it right that time.
