Hesham, I know there's a bit of a language barrier, so read the following links:

They should help you understand the answers.

NO way!

You need spacers or wheels with a different offset. And you have an Envoy, that requires some cutting too
This is an aggressive post. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a post of this quality and depth.

I'm not sure what you're linking to, however, anything over 30.5" diameter will probably not fit, but you can always test fit to be sure. You want minimum 7mm clearance between the ball joint and the tire to be safe.

I think what he's trying to make reference to is this:

Gordinho80 wrote:265/70/17 (31.6") - Suspension Lift + Higher Offset Wheels

So yes, they fit WITH different wheels in addition to your lift. Stock wheels on your envoy with that size tire will rub. You need to set the wheels farther out if you want to squeeze that size tire on there without rubbing. Which is what Mario (Gordinho80) was referencing with his comment of "Higher Offset Wheels" needed to run that size tire. Good luck!

Edit: Corrected my explanation to include "in addition to your lift" for clarity.

Looks like I'm a little late here, as you already went with a different size, but for information if you wanted to go up to the 265/70R17 eventually...

Here's what you're looking at: 2.75" front lift, 3" rear. These are 17x8, 5.5" backspace, +25mm offset. No spacers, but the BS/OS is around 1.48" from stock. Goodyear Duratrac 265/70R17. Fitment is pretty much perfect, except minor trimming on the inside front bumper/liner and cut off the metal tab for the backside liner for the extra 1/2" clearance.
