Look at ncislandrunner's build. I think he is running 285s with just the suspension lift.

Ive got the 275/70r17's on mine now. have approx 1000miles on the tires. There is a decent amount of trimming involved if you plan on keeping the stock front bumper. The inner liners have to be cut up approx 3/4 of the way up both front and back and as usual that lower fender/rocker cover bolt location had to be hammered back. Now no rubbing to speak of, rides good. I have the MarkMC 3" suspension lift with 85 springs/bilstein shocks, 1.5" wheel adapter/spacer, 17x8.5" +25mm offset wheels, i believe they are 5.5" backspace.

I tried on the 275s. After playing around a bit, realized the extent of changes needed. My Jeep just blew up, so can't really commit the TB to project so grabbing 265 tomorrow.

it really was'nt too bad to fit. my effort's were same as Joe's. just need the will, cutting wheel and 2 lbs of repeated love.

These tires are amazing.

Will try some mild logging roads tomorrow to see how they do in loose dry dirt, gravel and the occasional rock.

Today, I noticed they actually clear themselves a little too well. My old Bridgestones would clog up with sand and do pretty good not digging trenches. These throw out so much I will have to be careful.
