Check reversing slightly turned. Also get some people in it for weight. Thats when I found I still rubbed after my cutting. Hit reverse with 4 adults backing out of a spot and rubbed fender

Loaded down today, had rubbing turning and even a little if I hit a dip in road. More cutting.

Rory, do you have the 3.42 gearing? If so how big of a pig is it with the 285's?

I had 3.42s with 295/70/18s... It was obviously slower, but not that bad

Yes, the Cummins/Getrag/NP205/D60F/D70R (that happens to have had a Dodge shat on top of it) is my "truck" and the TB is my "TB"...

My buddy is buying the slightly less than 1/2 used up Destination M/T LT265/75-16D tires and those second gen steel wheels off of me, and I'm putting the LT285/75-16E Wardens on the stock steel wheels (that have a more ideal offset for that truck, so they don't rub on the steering box)... I'm also putting an add-a-leaf in the front (which I already have), and my buddy whose dad owns a spring / truck repair company is getting me a deal on a new set of stock springs for the rear, to replace the sagged stock ones... Like most farmers, the original owner pretty much kept 1500# of seed in the back of the truck all season every year, for weight to pull 40,000# wagons and ammonia tanks...

Slacking would be having one and not keeping it up. Doing as much as you have and not having one is out right abusive. :poke:

:?: Will Mikes be the first Warden ATs bought from a member here?

 Maybe someday they can become a vendor here on the site. They are getting a great track record with us. :thumleft:

I think so, which is really the only reason I posted about it, being on my truck, not the TB... Let's just say that I'll put them to more of a test on the truck than any TB would, as far as weight and wearing/scrubbing action...

They showed up today... The pattern is almost exact, except the siping doesn't go out as far on the outside lugs... They have the same "mold not QUITE filled" deal on the edge tread that I've seen before, but it isn't very deep, and I suspect it won't matter to the performance...
