Largest tires for 18 inch wheels and a smal llift

I am a new Trailblazer owner. Just picked up a 2007 in pretty good shape with 171k miles on it. It does need new tires though. It has 18 inch wheels on it. I did see the sticky thread on the largest tire size but it didn't cover 18 inch wheels.

I plan to put on a leveling kit that has a small lift. 3 in the front and 2.5 inches in the rear. I am not opposed to wheel spacers, as I would like to improve the stance and have the tires stick out an inch or so.

I do plan on doing some light offroading in this truck.

I am on a budget but willing to spend the money on good tires that will work well on and off road.
