I have Mark's 2.5" lift/level kit installed, with Z71 springs in the rear. I'm still running stock 17" rims and stock size 245/65/17 tires. This combo gives a measured 2.5 to 2.7" increase in height at the wheel arches, for an overall height of 75" at the roof rack rail, and about 77" at the highest point of the rack crossbar, so you've still got at least 5" of room to play with before hitting the 6'-10" mark. That's more than enough to allow for your 1/2" higher lift, and larger tires, too.
The width from out to out of the rear tires on my truck is 72", which looks to be 4 to 6" narrower than the truck body, so wider tires and rims should not be an issue there, either.
I hope that gives you what you need to go ahead with your project.
